Sometimes, you don’t feel good, you’re not sick or anything you’re just feeling down… Don’t know why, don’t know how… Thing is, you feel sad… (And no guys, it doesn’t mean we are in “the time of the month”) It just happens and it can happen to anyone, male or female…
So as I am feeling low, at work, where I have no work (as you can easily guess, for if I had I wouldn’t be writing articles right now) looking at this bright sun outside, when inside it’s freezing… And my only wish right now would be to escape this miserable place, grab my new Victoria secret swim suit (by the way VS hits London in 2012…I’ll deal with this later…) and fly to the beach… A nice, beautiful, wonderful beach… With hot white sand, turquoise sea, warm sun and a mini, tiny, winky, breeze… Ho what a bliss would this be….
But nop! Wake up Alice you are not in Wonderland…
But thanks to the latest Vogue, I can escape… The swim issue is a life saver. You could think it will bring you even lower (which is almost impossible) but no. The fashion, the colors, the shots… Those are beautiful photoshoots, with exquisite girls… You just have to leave aside everything else, and throw yourself in the picture… Soon enough you’ll think you’re with the model on the beach, you will hear the sound of the water, the warmth of the sun…
As I told you many time in my former nutrition posts. It is important and even maybe vital for your sanity not to count calories. Nutrients are important and are the one you should care about. But more importantly you should always listen to your body! Yes, it talks, and no, it’s not just your stomach. In order to do that you need to forget what you know and focus on what you feel.
